We will answer all questions related to courses, articles, or videos we publish on this website. We will also provide you with technical support to access this site or any of its functions.
What kind of questions will you not answer?
Questions related to specific problem behavior require a thorough examination of the animal before any plan of action can be drawn to modify its behavior. Therefore, we won’t offer any advice on this type of problem.
Who answers these messages?
In 90% of the cases, I, Roger Abrantes, will answer your messages. If your query is technical, our IT programmer may be the one helping you out.
How fast can I expect an answer?
I check messages every day. However, I may be out of reach, so it may take a tad longer for me to answer you. As a rule, you may expect a reply within 72 hours. For technical support questions, you’ll get help within minutes or hours.
Can I talk to you personally and pose questions?
Yes, you can. Please see my one-on-one service, where we can have video meetings via Zoom. If you have enrolled in a course and need some help to complete it, I may invite you to a video call to assist you.
Can I invite you to give a live workshop?
Yes, you can, but, mind you, age is beginning to take its toll on me in what concerns the hazards of traveling. If your offer is attractive enough, I may accept, though. 😊
